Sub-contractor Music Therapist
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Working in day programs and group homes for adults with developmental disabilities.
Taking new referrals and assessing clients needs.
Setting a monthly schedule with clients.
Transportation to and from sessions.
Submitting documentation (monthly attendance sheets, weekly timesheets) to supervisor
Maintaining independent progress notes for clients.

Requirements for the Sub-Contractor Position:
Board Certification.
Valid Driver’s License, current insurance, and dependable transportation.

Must have basic knowledge of how to utilize tele-health programs.
Part Time & Full Time Music Therapist
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Working in day programs and group homes for adults with developmental disabilities.
Observation and co-leading sessions while transitioning into your position.
Taking new referrals and assessing clients needs.
Completing required documentation (setting proper goals, session plans, progress notes, and reports) for each client.
Setting a monthly schedule with clients to fit their needs.
Transportation to and from sessions.
Reporting to the supervisor.
Additional responsibilities may entail: community outreach, special projects, business growth & management opportunities, workshops, concerts, etc.
